Our Classes

YOGA

Slow Yoga Flow

Steady & Nourishing

Suitable for beginners and an opportunity to slow things down and practice at a steadier pace. Our Slow Flow classes are restorative and rejuvenating but also offer opportunities for students to deepen their practice and cultivate strength. Slow Flow is a great introduction to Vinyasa Flow and the perfect place to start if you’re new to yoga. For beginners we generally recommend attending 4-5 Slow Flow classes prior to attending Vinyasa Flow.

Vinyasa Flow

Energisting & Dynamic

Our 60 minute Vinyasa Flow classes combine dynamic movement and breath to create a strong and flowing style yoga class. Vinyasa Flow typically cultivates strength and flexibility in the body whilst incorporating pranayama (breath) techniques to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system . If you are new to the practice, we recommend starting with Slow Flow or Beginners Flow prior to attending a Vinyasa Flow class.

Vinyasa Express

Strong & Dynamic

A 45 minute, strong Vinyasa Class for when you’re short for time and looking to maximise your Asana practice on the mat!

Yin Yoga

Deep & Releasing

Suitable for Beginners- Yin yoga focuses on deep tissue release and restoration within the muscles.

Our Yin classes consist of a series of long-held and often prop supported floor poses, which work into the hips, pelvis, shoulders and spine. Our 60 minute Yin classes are a beautiful and nourishing way to relax the mind and body and embrace stillness. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Nidra

Relaxing and Meditative

Suitable for Beginners- Yoga Nidra is a guided, relaxation meditation and one of the deepest of all yogic states. The intention of yoga Nidra is to enter a state of conscious sleep where we cultivate and experience a great sense of calmness and peace.

We offer a special “Yin & Nidra” class on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm.

Pre & Postnatal Yoga Flow

Nurturing & Gentle

These special classes enable Mamas in all stages of pregnancy and postpartum to practice yoga in a safe and supported environment. Our pre/postnatal classes are guided by qualified prenatal yoga teachers and combine breath work and gentle movement to facilitate connection to the breath, body and baby.

All of our memberships and passes enable you to participate in prenatal classes.

Previous yoga experience is preferred and please seek advice from your medical professional prior to attending. If you are postpartum, please only attend once you have had your 6 week check up and the OKAY from your medical professional.

Beginner Flow

Our Beginners Flow classes explore the foundations of yoga including breath and movement. Each week, different yoga poses and terminology is crafted into an accessible and enjoyable yoga class.

Expect gentle movement, stretching and a safe space to ask questions about the practice of yoga.
